But I've decided to spend the weekend at home, watching some movies and not thinking about rumors (you know, we don't comment on rumors). For instance, the movie today is "The Secret of My Succes$", about a boy that begins working in a firm and makes a plot to avoid a merger from a rival company and buys the company himself with the aid of some investment bankers and part of the board against the CEO of the company.
Does this plot sound familiar to anyone?

This really feels like we are getting pretty'd up for a sale....any word on the closing date....couldn't be our nearing year end could it..seems likley...
Its pretty clear that If the acquisition goes through there will be another SUN Reduction In Force of about 10,000 people. Any if our current friends who just got RIF'd think its hard finding a job now..just wait.
BTW IBM give you a whole week for every year as a package....nice....might get 4 weeks pay....to help me with a 6 month job search...Mickie D's here I come....
